The things he has seen me through and held my hand the entire step of the way. Even coming to my home. The service, discounts, birthday cards, covering my son with vehicle and life insurance (no easy feat), and making sure that I remain a satisfied customer. I am very "big" on great customer service, whether given or received.... Richard Horton has never failed to provide me with EXCELLENT customer service on every occasion. On a particular occasion, he was literally leaving the office and heard the phone ring (one guess who it was?).. he turned around to answer the phone and spent the next hour or so resolving my issue!
