- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very rude and condescending bank teller. Our business account deposit forms are printed externally and because PNCs system won't read them, this teller refuses to enter them manually when all other branches do. Instead she tells me she's told me 3 times that these forms don't work with their system and that I need to rewrite the deposit slips which is preposterous because we make too many deposits to write manual entries. A formal complaint with this bank's head office will be filed as well as with my branch manager. Poor service. Obviously she has no idea that you do not bite the hand that feeds you.By Maria G, October 25, 2016
